The students in mgps are not only groomed to be physically vigorous but are also empowered emotionally and mentally through a vast variety of indoor and outdoor games e.g. Handball, Basketball, Kabaddi, Athletics, Badminton, Chess, Carrom etc.  Our girls emerge trimphant at multiple State and National level competitions.

BASKETBALL:-

  • Team mgps won First Prize and Aparna Saini of class XI selected as the Best Player of the Tournament in the Maharana Pratap Open Basketball Trophy Competition organized by Eklavya Society at S.M.S, Jaipur. She also captained Jaipur Team which won the I Prize and she was selected for the nationals at 67th Junior State Open Basketball Tournament organized by Rajasthan Basketball Association at Barmer, Rajasthan. She also got the prize of Most Valuable Player of the Jr. NBA 2015-16 Elite Camp at All-India Level and the Best Player Award in U-16 Category. It was organized by Reliance Foundation India at Jaypee Greens Sports Complex, Greater Noida.
  • Aparna Saini also stood   1st representing the Jaipur Team and was selected for National Basketball Championship, held in August, at the Youth State Open Basketball Tournament organized by Rajasthan Basketball Association.
  • Team mgps won First Position in Jaipur Sahodaya Inter-School Basketball Tournament 2016 at BVB Vidyashram, Pratap Nagar.
  • Tanishka Gurjar and Kanishka Bharadwaj were selected for State Tournaments while Team mgps secured Third Position at District Education Basketball Tournament (U-14) organised by District Education Department at Universal Public School.
  • Priti Sangwan was selected for State Level Tourney at District Education Basketball Tournament (U-14) organised by District Education Department at Govt. Girls Senior Secondary School, Vidyadhar Nagar.
  • Team mgps lifted Runners-Up Trophy at District Education Basketball Tournament(U-19) organized by District Education Department at Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Vidyadhar Nagar. Aparna Saini who was selected the Best Player of the Tournament was also selected for State Level tournament along with Meenakshi Sharma of XII A 4
  • Team mgps bagged Second Position in U-19 District Education Basketball Tournament organized by District Education Department.
  • Aparna Saini (XI), Meenakshi Sharma (XII), represented the Team and got First Position at District Level Basketball Tournament (U-19) organized at Govt. Girls Sr. Sec. School, NathDwara. Aparna Saini was awarded Best Player and also selected for Nationals.
  • Preeti Sangwan represented the team and got First prize at District Level BasketBall Tournament (U-14) organized at Govt. Primary School, Nathdwara.
  • Aayushi Sharma, Kanishka Bharadwaj, Tanishka Gurjar represented the team and got First Prize in the District Level Basketball Tournament(U-14) organised at Govt. Primary school, Kota.

HANDBALL:-
 Radha Jindal and Komal Shekhawat  won the First Prize and Radha Jindal was selected for nationals  in the Sub-Junior Handball Tournament Organized by Rajasthan Handball Association at Maulana Azad University Sports Complex.

  • Aparna Saini (XI) was selected the Best Player of the 11th C.L Jaipuria Memorial Handball Tournament organized by D.P.S-Bhankrota. Radha Jindal was selected highest scorer of the tournament.
  • Team mgps got Second Prize at Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Inter-School Handball Tournament at St. Soldier Public School.
  • Surbhi Malpani (XII) and Tanya Singh (XI) represented Jaipur Team and got Third Position in 34th Rajasthan State Handball Championship-16 organized at S.M.S Stadium.
  • Nishtha Khandelwal and Manvi Gupta were selected for State Tourney and the School Team bagged Second Position in District Handball Tournament (U-14) organized by District Education Department, Jaipur at Jaipur Xaviours School, Amer Kunda.
  • Komal Shekhawat, Radha Jindal, Lakshita Poonia and Surbhi Sodhani were selected for state tourneys with Komal Shekhawat picked as the Best Player at District Education Handball Tournament (U-17) organised by Madhyamik Shiksha Board, Bikaner at Govt Sindhi Girls Senior Secondary School, Jawahar Nagar.
  • Surbhi Malpani, Tanya Singh, Priya Pareek, Nimisha Sharma and Samridhi Rathore were selected for State Level tournament at District Education Handball Tournament (U-19) organised by District Education Department, Jaipur at the Govt. Sindhi Girls Senior Secondary school, Jawahar Nagar. Surbhi Malpani was awarded Best Player of the tournament.
  • Team mgps clinched second prize in 20th Maharaja Jagat Singh Memorial Handball Tournament.
  • In CBSE West Zone Handball Tournament organised by C.B.S.E at St. Paul’s Convent School, Jaora, Ratlam team mgps won silver medal. Aparna Saini was selected the Best Player of the tournament. The team qualified for National C.B.S.E Tournament.

ATHELETICS:-

  • Guaranshi Patidar (X) won Runners Up Trophy in 100 mt. race at Interschool Sports Meet held at Neerja Modi School, Mansarovar.
  • Mansi Ladda and Oshin Saharia secured Second Position in District Level Atheletics Competition held at Govt Kamala Nehru Memorial Girls Secondary School.
  • Sprint Queen Mansi Ladda clinched Bronze Medal in C.B.S.E Cluster 400 mt. race.

KABADDI:-

  • Team mgps got second prize and lifted the Runners Up Trophy in Kabaddi at Interschool Sports Meet held at Neerja Modi School, Mansarovar.
  • The school team bagged Runners Up Trophy and Anita Chaudhary was adjudged the Best Defender in the C.B.S.E Cluster XIV Tournament At Rana International School, Degana, Nagaur (Rajasthan).

CARROM:-

  • Aashi Khandelwal (XII) bagged First and Harshita Chaudhary (IX) got the Second Prize in Carrom Girls Single while Manvi Somani (IX) and Divyanshi Pancholi also of class IX lifted the Winner’s Trophy in Carrom Doubles held at Neerja Modi School, Mansarovar.
